Scope of Services
Our services are professional, labor-intensive, and strategy-based. By engaging with Anant Rise Media, you acknowledge that our services involve the allocation of time, expertise and creative resources, making them non-tangible and non-recoverable once initiated.
Advance Payments and Project Initiation
- All advance payments made to Anant Rise Media are strictly non-refundable.
- Once a project or service has officially started, the time and creative efforts invested by our team cannot be reversed. Therefore, if a client decides to discontinue or cancel the project after work has commenced, any payments or advances already made will not be refunded.
Completed and Delivered Work
Any work, milestone, or deliverable that has been completed and delivered prior to a cancellation request shall remain fully billable and payable according to the agreed-upon project scope.
Recurring and Monthly Services
- For ongoing monthly retainer services (such as ongoing SEO, social media management, or digital campaigns), a written notice of at least 30 days is required prior to discontinuing or canceling the services.
- Any billing cycle that initiates within or during this 30-day notice period will remain applicable and payable.
Cancellation by Anant Rise Media
- We strive to complete all projects according to the agreed-upon scope. In the rare event that Anant Rise Media is unable to commence or complete the services as contracted due to internal constraints, we will proactively inform you and provide a fair pro-rated or full refund for the undelivered portion of the service.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7- 10 business days.
Relationship with Other Policies
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is an extension of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
