By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by our agency, including Digital Marketing, Web Solutions, Seo, Brand Strategy, Media Production, Events & Public Relations (PR).
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, we kindly request that you do not use our services.

Scope of Services

Our services will be delivered strictly according to the approved proposal, quotation, agreement, or selected service package.

Our core services include:

Web Solutions
Seo
Brand Strategy
Media Production
Events and PR (Public Relations)

Any service, feature, deliverable, or request that is not clearly mentioned in the approved proposal shall be considered additional work and will be quoted separately.
The Agency reserves the right to accept or decline any additional request beyond the original scope of work.

Project Approval & Work Process

Every project follows a structured workflow to ensure quality, transparency, and timely delivery.

Before the project begins, the following must be finalized:

Work will begin only after:

Required advance payment has been received.
All required information and project assets have been provided by the Client.
The proposal or quotation has been approved.

Any major changes requested after project approval may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required to complete the project efficiently.

These may include:

Brand Guidelines
Logo Files
Product Information
Business Details
Raw Photos & Videos
Website Login Credentials
Social Media Access
Domain & Hosting Access (if required)
Marketing Materials
Timely Approvals

The Agency shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or missing project assets from the Client.

Communication & Response Time

To maintain smooth project execution, all official communication should be conducted through approved communication channels such as Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram.

Business Hours: Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
Business Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 AM – 4:30 PM (ET)

Please note:

Calls and meetings are scheduled during business hours. Responses to messages and emails will normally be provided during business hours.
Major approvals, quotations, scope changes, payment confirmations, timelines, and project-related decisions shall be considered valid only when confirmed in writing through Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram.
Verbal discussions without written confirmation shall not be treated as final project instructions.
If the Client fails to respond to approval requests within 3 business days, the Agency reserves the right to adjust project timelines accordingly.

Payment Terms

To ensure uninterrupted service and smooth project execution, the following payment policy applies to all services.

100% advance payment is required before the commencement of every monthly service or project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No campaign, website, Seo activity, media production, event planning or other service will begin until the required advance payment has been received.
For milestone-based projects, payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule mentioned in the proposal or agreement.
If payment remains overdue beyond the agreed due date, the Agency reserves the right to pause all ongoing work without prior notice.
Project timelines may automatically extend due to delayed payments.
Additional services requested outside the approved proposal shall be quoted and billed separately.
All applicable taxes, bank charges, payment gateway fees, or international transfer charges shall be borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions & Additional Work

Our goal is to deliver high-quality work while maintaining an efficient workflow

Therefore:

Reasonable revisions are included within the approved project scope.
Minor text corrections and small design adjustments are generally covered.
Requests involving complete redesigns, repeated concept changes, or major structural modifications after approval will be considered additional work.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Work requested outside the approved proposal or package shall be quoted separately before execution.

Confidentiality

Both the Client and the Agency agree to keep all confidential information, project details, business data, strategies, documents, credentials, and other sensitive information private. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All concepts, strategies, designs, graphics, videos, documents, source files, and creative materials developed by the Agency shall remain the property of the Agency until full payment has been received.

Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the Client will receive ownership and usage rights only for the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio Rights

Unless restricted through a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects, creatives, websites, campaigns, media productions, or event work in its portfolio, website, social media platforms, presentations, or promotional materials.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the project or service has commenced.
If the Client decides to discontinue the project after work has started, payments already made will not be refunded.
Any completed work delivered before cancellation shall remain billable.
For recurring monthly services, a written notice of 7–15 days is required before discontinuing future services.

Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or interruptions caused by:

Client delays or late approvals
Third-party platforms
Technical failures
Server or hosting issues
Social media platform policies
Search engine algorithm updates
Government regulations
Natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control

Right to Refuse Service

The Agency reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any project that:

Violates applicable laws or platform policies platforms.
Contains misleading, fraudulent, defamatory or unethical content.
Involves abusive behavior or unreasonable demands.
Falls outside the agreed scope without approval.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published by the Agency shall displace all previous versions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws specified for the relevant client or service engagement.

For clients based in the United States and other international jurisdictions, the applicable governing law, dispute resolution mechanism, and jurisdiction shall be as mutually agreed and expressly specified in the relevant service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written engagement between the parties. In the absence of any such specific agreement, the applicable governing law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

For clients based in India, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand, India.

Final Acceptance

By engaging with our services, making any payment, approving a proposal, or commencing a project, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
